Our program is based around the philosophy and methodology of experiential learning. Our facilitators purposefully engage clients in direct experience and focused reflection in order to increase knowledge, develop skills and clarify values.

We challenge by encouragement rather than by choice. If you ask the question, “are you ready to jump over a cliff and face your fears of heights or trust ?”, most people will yell a big “NO”.

Rather than giving them the choice to take the easy path, we encourage them that they can achieve this activity, even if they are afraid of heights or have never trusted someone before, or quite often been told they are useless and will never achieve anything, we stay with each individual as long as it takes to encourage them to achieve success, making them a hero, thus creating more self worth.
